Ease of Repair
Our bodies are constructed with the unique principle of bolted construction in favour of welded assemblies. This means parts can be easily replaced should the need arise.
The majority of commonly required spares can be replaced with simple hand tools in under 2 hours which means end users can install parts themselves if preferred. Combine this with 24 hour delivery of component parts, and an Ingimex body need never be off the road for long.
No job too small
Should a complete body replacement be required (for example in the case of an accident), we can provide a ‘fit while you wait’ service. Simply deliver the chassis to us, we will fit the new body while you wait and you can leave the same day with a brand new body.
What’s next
- Chassis VIN – The location varies by manufacturer, but it can often be found in the windscreen underneath the wiper, or on a plate underneath the bonnet.
- Bodywork serial number – This can be found on the front face of the bulkhead (dropside and van bodies) or on the nearside runner (tipper bodies).
