Ingimex are currently looking at a new project to be able to provide on-site generation of Nitrogen for use with its Bystronic Bysmart 6kw laser. The opportunity is for the supply and installation of suitable equipment to meet the following requirements.
Complete Nitrogen Generation System capable of supplying Nitrogen at a purity of 100ppm (99.99%)
The system should include all equipment to facilitate the following
- Oil Free Booster
- Filtration
- Receivers
- Capable of generating sufficient Nitrogen to fill 12 bottles of 50L at 300 bar per day to meet forecast consumption. Generation would be capable of operating overnight to fill storage packs.
- Storage packs capable of a providing Nitrogen for minimum for two days consumption.
- The system should also be capable of expansion at a future date if required.
Ingimex will evaluate all quotations based upon the system offered and how it meets the requirements, future expansion opportunity, ongoing service provisions, overall price and timeframe. Additionally, evidence of previous completed projects will be considered.

Timeframe
It is anticipated that Ingimex will be evaluating all offerings by 09th October 2023 and would be in a position to place orders before the end of October for supply, installation and commissioning to be completed by the end of November 2023. Training and documentation to be provided at commissioning stage.
